Legal Office Procedures

Students will develop the skills and understanding of the specialized legal terminology, forms, and documents used in law firms, legal departments, and related businesses such as real estate and insurance. Integrated projects provide an understanding of related procedures through the completion of documents on electronic typewriters, word processors, and machine transcribers. Covers topics such as civil action, negligence, wills, corporations, family law, and real estate.
