Description
A student with both Word and Excel Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification may take CIS-206 in place of CIS-101. Introduction to the fundamentals of computer use in business, including concepts of computer hardware, operating system and application software, elements of problem-solving. The course is designed to provide hands-on experience with the personal computer. Solutions to practical business problems are explored through the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
